SHIPPING POLICIES

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking code, once your order has been shipped. To guarantee you the best price, we ship directly from our manufaturers to your adress. Default shipments will ship via Standard Worldwide Shipping. Delivery Time: 7-30 business days (depending on your location).

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by BOLD.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package. Please contact us before you want to return items.

We ONLY accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please pack and ship the items you wish to return with all tags attached. All returns will be issued to the payment method or credit card you used at your order.

Please note that shipping costs are expenses incurred during product returns. 
Please note: As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or insurance.
